So until we have a decision from the Supreme Court we will continue to offer Domestic Partnership.

Special note: Family Code Section 298.5(c) No person who has filed a Declaration of Domestic Partnership may enter a marriage with someone other than their registered domestic partner.

So partners who are legally joined as Domestic Partners can marry each other when it becomes legal.
